Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Slippers (once removed from original packaging)
- UGG GLOVES (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance items
- Items that show signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing defects
- Products without original tags and packaging
Return Conditions
All returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
We recommend:

- Keeping your shipping receipt until the return is processed
